PAYMENT: NON-SCHOOL RELATED GROUPS
All orders from non-school related groups including All-Star Gyms, Dance Studios and Youth Organizations must be pre-paid in full. No order will be processed until full payment has been received.
• We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
• We also accept Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders or Gym/School checks.
• Personal checks will be accepted, however, there will be a delay of approximately 7-10 days to allow the check to clear the issuing bank. Only one check per order will be accepted. We will not accept multiple checks for an order.
• There will be a $30 service charge added to all returned checks.
DISTRICT PURCHASE ORDERS, SCHOOL PURCHASE ORDERS AND LETTERS OF AUTHORIZATION
• Valid, signed Purchase Orders will be accepted from schools and school districts that are in good credit standing with Spirit Innovations. Other restrictions could apply.
DELIVERY
Contact the SI Customer Service department for current delivery schedules. Delivery schedules are approximate and may vary depending on availability of products and the time of year your order is placed. Production will begin once a completed order is received and processed in the SI Corporate Office. This includes sizes, styles, colors and payment. Please allow for shipping time.
OTHER CONDITIONS
All delivery schedules are approximate. Spirit Innovations assumes no liability for delivery delays due to our inability to obtain supplies, raw materials or labor. Spirit Innovations also assumes no liability over conditions for which we have no control including delays of carriers, accidents, strikes, war, natural disasters or other unavoidable causes.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Because all SI uniforms are specifically made for each individual customer, no order can be changed or cancelled once it has been entered into production. If additional uniforms or items are needed after an order is processed, a new order can be placed and will be assigned a separate production and delivery schedule.
MINIMUM ORDERS
A minimum of 12 uniforms is required for Custom Uniforms, Package Uniforms and Polyester and French Terry Warm-Ups. Fill-in orders require a minimum of four.
A minimum of 12 is required for custom manufactured or personalized items including bags, bows, t-shirts, shorts and sweatshirts.
MATCHING PREVIOUS ORDERS AND COLORS
If we are matching previous orders or existing garments, please provide a sample of the item(s) to be matched. Label each item clearly with team name and contact information. If matching a previous SI order, please include the original order number.
Spirit Innovations makes every effort to match colors and designs as closely as possible. Although the finest dyes are used in all products, materials and lots may absorb dye to varying degrees and shading differences may occur. SI will apply our current sewing and design standards to all garments, which may result in slight manufacturing variances from the garments to be matched. Therefore, SI cannot guarantee a perfect color or design match. Pricing may vary from previous orders.
Spirit Innovations cannot guarantee variances in color, shade, size and construction of stock items. We reserve the right to change, correct or improve goods without notice.

CARE & WASHING INSTRUCTIONS FOR SI APPAREL
Information Regarding SI Fabrics:
SI has categorized our fabrics into two types: Standard Fabrics and Specialty Fabrics.
- Standard Fabrics include: Polyester, Action Rib™, Athletic Mesh, Performance Stretch™ and Cotton/Lycra®. These Standard Fabrics are durable and are easy to care for.
- Specialty Fabrics include: Metallic Flames, Metallic Tigress, Mystic, Mystic Polyester, Sparkle Spandex and Sequin. These Specialty Fabrics are less durable and need special care.
- Repeated wear and washing may cause the fabrics to fade or lose foil.
- Alcohol in all aerosol products may affect these fabrics. Please cover the garment before applying aerosol products.
- Deodorants and perspiration may cause these fabrics to fade, have color transference or lose foil.
- Fabrics may dull slightly in the rhinestoned area due to the heat application of the rhinestones.
- Wet or damp uniforms left in bags may show color transference.
Color Blocking With Fabrics
Color transference may occur when white or light color fabrics are combined with dark color fabrics. This is a common occurrence especially when a white or light color fabric and a dark color fabric meet under the arm, as perspiration and deodorant often contribute to colors bleeding. Even with following proper care & washing instructions, some color transference may occur. To minimize color transference, it is important to carefully select fabric color combinations and follow the care and washing instructions listed below.
SI may refuse returns on orders due to color transference.
Rhinestoned Garments
Garments with rhinestone trim and/or logos require special care. Garments with rhinestone trim and/or logos must be washed and dried inside out.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Polyester Uniforms & Warm-Ups, Camp/Practice Wear, Nylon & Cotton Basics
Use a mild detergent and machine wash separately in a full tub of cold water. When possible, fill tub with water before adding detergent. Do not use Woolite®, fabric softener, bleach or colored detergent. Remove promptly. Do not let sit after spin cycle. Tumble dry with low heat or hang to dry. DO NOT DRY CLEAN.
Garements With Rhinestones, Sequin, Mystic Or Sparkle Spandex Fabrics And/Or Embroidery
Turn garment inside out. Failure to do so may result in loss of rhinestones or sequins. SI is not responsible for loss of rhinestones/sequins. Use a mild detergent and machine wash separately using a gentle cycle in a full tub of cold water. When possible, fill tub with water before adding detergent. Do not use Woolite®, fabric softener, bleach or colored detergent. Remove promptly. Do not let sit after spin cycle. Failure to do so may result in color fading or transference. Tumble dry on low heat with garment inside out. DO NOT use dryer sheets. DO NOT DRY CLEAN OR HAND WASH.
Due to the fragile nature of embroidery, special care may be needed. Stitching may become loose after numerous washings or improper care. Therefore, we cannot guarantee durability of embroidered garments.
Complete shrinkage, colorfastness and durability of SI fabrics cannot be guaranteed because of different laundering processes, absorbent qualities of fabric, water properties, detergents that effect the colorfastness of the fabric, and other unknown factors beyond our control. DO NOT DRY CLEAN OR HAND WASH.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Custom Items
Spirit Innovations guarantees our merchandise against manufacturing defects. We will be happy to correct any workmanship defects if we are notified within 14 days after the ship date. After the 14-day time frame, any repairs will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Stock Items
Returns and Exchanges for stock items will be accepted within 14 days after the ship date. All returned items must be accompanied by a Returns and Exchanges Form. A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all returned, stockable items. For all exchanges, Spirit Innovations must receive unworn items before new items can be shipped. Shipping charges will be added to any orders requiring additional shipment for exchanges.
Shoes must be returned in their original, unmarked box, and arrive clean and unlaced. If shoes are not in a restockable condition (clean, unmarked and unlaced), they will be returned to the customer.
Non-Returnable, Non-Exchangeable Items
• Items that have been worn, altered, washed, damaged or soiled.
• Items that are custom-made or personalized to your specific requests, including color, size, lettering, embroidery or printing of any kind.
• Due to health regulations, briefs, tights and stockable dancewear are not returnable or exchangeable if the package has been opened.
HOW TO MEASURE
Have the same person measure all team members. This will help to ensure similar fit overall between team members.
Bust/Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest with the arms down.
Full Back Length: Measure from the tip of the most prominent bone at the base of the back of the neck, down to the natural waistline.
Crop Back Length: Measure from the top of the most prominent bone at the base of the back of the neck, down to the desired cropped length. Crop Back Lengths offered may vary per style.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest portion of the waist.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of the hips.
Skirt Length: Measure in back from the natural waistline over the hips to the desired length on the leg. Skirt lengths must be in whole inch increments. Waistband is included in the skirt length. Skirt lengths cannot be ordered shorter than the lengths listed on the size charts for a size. Skirts are made to be worn at the waist, not the hips, so please measure accordingly.
Inseam: Measure from the inside of the leg beginning at the crotch seam and measure down the leg to the desired length. We recommend that uniform shoes be worn to determine the proper inseam.
Girth: Measure from the center of the shoulder and run the measuring tape between the legs and back up to the starting point on the shoulder.
SELECTING YOUR SIZE
1. SI garments are manufactured to standard sizing charts. Measurements are taken of each athlete, or sizing samples are tried on, to determine which standard size will most closely fit. SI uniforms are not manufactured to fit an individual athlete’s measurements. Use your measurements to choose your size in the Size Charts on the previous pages.
2. You may be ordering for growing athletes, so be sure to take this into consideration when selecting sizes. SI is not responsible for replacing uniforms that have been outgrown.
3. As with any standard-sized garment, some alterations may be necessary for proper fit, and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. SI does not alter uniforms.
4. If using SI Easy Fit sizing samples, please note that there may be variances in fit due to design, braid placement and type of fabrics used. Allow enough room for design elements that may not stretch as much as the sizing sample. If in doubt, order a size larger.
5. If parents are at the fitting, make sure they agree with the size being ordered. A sign off sheet approving sizing is helpful so parents understand that uniforms are custom made and non-returnable.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders are normally shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. Note: UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box number. Please provide a complete street address on your order. Once shipment has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for any delay caused by the carrier.
